Lynn Shannon Interior Design offers a full range of design and build services:

Space Planning/Conceptualization: This involves planning room arrangements and furniture layouts, providing design concepts and ideas, and designing around any problem areas.
Residential Design Services: New construction capabilities, as well as remodeling, which includes kitchens, bathrooms, family rooms and media centers. Remodels can include built-ins, window treatments and furniture selection.
Commercial Design Services: Creating or renovating executive office spaces, lobbies and conference rooms.
Project Management Services: Job-site supervision of construction projects and scheduling of contractors as necessary. Acting as a liaison between the client, general contractor and sub-contractors, and supervising all furniture and window treatment installations.
Selection of Furnishings and Finishes: Recommending/selecting flooring materials (carpet, hardwood, tile), furniture/fabrics, occasional and accent pieces, lighting and accessories.
Lighting and Color Consultation: This includes updating lighting (recessed, sconces, etc.) and paint color(s)/wall finishes.
